When EPIC Companies broke ground in July 2020 at this prime location next to Veterans Memorial Bridge, the name for this landmark building was a given, Gateway by EPIC. It was the “Gateway” between Fargo and Moorhead. Construction was complete October 2021, just over one year later. You’ll see a hand-built Viking Ship that once sailed to Norway and a full-scale replica of the Hopperstad Stave Church in Norway. The Arch will be joining Gateway at this great location in the Fall of 2022. Construction for The Arch began in summer 2021. The Arch will be a 7-story building consisting of 15 apartments, 15 lofts, and 34 condos, and 12,600+ square feet of commercial space.
