El Gordito Celebrates Cinco de Mayo Grand Opening at Plaza 32 in Grand Forks

Plaza 32’s newest commercial resident will celebrate it’s grand opening this Cinco de Mayo! El Gordito, a new restaurant offering homemade Mexican and Salvadoran food, officially opened their doors on April 25th but chose the festive holiday to celebrate the event!

Previously located in the Colombia Mall food court, El Gordito has replaced the previous tenant, Erbert & Gerberts, in the first phase of the Plaza 32 retail center.
